Radial Shockwave Therapy For Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the plantar fascia, a band of tissue that runs along the bottom of the foot and connects the heel bone to the toes. This condition can cause heel pain that’s often more severe or noticeable in the morning. Some types of pain might be felt, which is sharp or stabbing pain when using the affected foot or putting pressure on the heel, pain when standing up after sleeping or sitting down, and constant foot ache.

Radial shockwave therapy for plantar fasciitis is generally considered an effective treatment. Radial shockwave therapy uses high levels of targeted acoustic energy to promote healing and reduce pain. A pressure wave is formed via a projectile by using accelerated compressed air. The compressed air is generated by an electronically controlled ballistic-pressure compressor. Using elastic impact, the kinetic energy of the projectile is transferred into the probe of the applicator and then into the foot. Radial shockwave therapy relieves pain and treats plantar fasciitis.

Multifunction Treatment

Knee Osteoarthritis
Inflammation is a common cause of knee pain, and shockwave therapy can help reduce inflammation in the knee joint. This is achieved by increasing blood flow to the area, which promotes the body’s natural healing process and helps reduce inflammation.

Tennis Elbow
Tennis elbow is pain or inflammation on the outside of the elbow including weakness or stiffness. It is usually caused by injury or overuse. Shockwave therapy, where high-energy shockwaves are passed through the skin to help relieve pain and promote movement in the affected area.

Frozen Shoulder
A frozen shoulder involves stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint. Shockwave therapy disrupts the fibrous tissues to promote blood flow and also breaks up the calcified deposits in the shoulder and loosens the joint structures to encourage calcium resorption, decrease pain, and improve shoulder function.

Sciatica and Hip Pain
Sciatica refers to pain that travels along the path of the sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve travels from the lower back through the hips and buttocks and down each leg. Shockwave therapy promotes healing the tissue of sciatica and fast recovery from hip pain.
