Different from adult diapers, urinal, urine collection bag or other kinds of urine collectors, this external urine collection device is especially designed for adult males and females who have urinary incontinence. This device is equipped with innovative smart urine sensor technology and all-round leak-proof designs to help the users solve their problems on urine collection and management, truly achieving urine being automatically suctioned as you urinate, fast and without urine leakage. 

The user puts on the special ice-silk underwear coming with one urine collection cup, the user urinates and the urine will gather in the urine cup.

The urine flows touch the urine sensor probe on the bottom of the urine cup, and then the urine suction pump in the host is activated to start suction to urine in the urine cup instantly.

The urine will be suctioned fastly down to the urine collection bucket through the drainage tube. The whole process is fast and precise, ensuring no urine leaking happens.

There is one smart urine sensor built in the host, which adapts special urine sense technology and code to achieve the response to urine instantly within 0.5s. That means, when the urine gathers in the urine collection cup and touches the urine sensor probe, the urine sensor will fastly sense and then activate the pump to start suction, the whole process must be fast and orderly to ensure the urine is able to be suctioned down completely, safe and leakless.

The smart urine sensor probe is built in the bottom of the silicone urine collection cup. There are four precision metal probes respectively built on the two sides, which can fastly detect the urine and then ensures that the device suctions accurately even if the user is lying on his/her side. While truly achieving no urine leaking happens and making the users freely change their own lying posture, getting more comfortable using experience.

The fixed underwear is designed considering the wearing comfort of the users with urinary incontinence. The Cool-touch ice-silk fabric reduces stuffiness, are breathable and soft, and protects the user’s skin from sweating too much when he/she keeps covering the quilt for over 8 hours. 

The waist belt of the underwear is highly elastic which is suitable for users whose waist circumference is from 68cm to 130cm. More oversize users please consult the customer service.

The 2500ml big-capacity bucket is far more able to hold an adult’s urine output for 24 hours, reducing time and strength for the caregiver to empty the bucket everyday and then saving more strength and time to take care of the sufferer.

There is a urine liquid level sensor built in the bucket  which plays a role in reminding the caregiver to empty the bucket in time, avoiding unnecessary puzzlement on urine overflowing from the bucket just because of no empty in time. When the urine is up to the level touching the liquid level sensor, the full liquid alarm signal on the user interface will keep light red and make sounds ” beep” to remind the caregiver to remind the caregiver to empty the bucket.

In the bucket there is one deodorizing filter which is able to 99.9% ensure no odor leakage, while protecting the user’s dignity and keeping a comfortable and clean rest environment.

The bucket is equipped with microporous sound-absorbing cotton in the host to control the working sound under 55 decibels, which ensures the device will not affect the user’s sleep when it works and achieves urination without sound to lessen the user’s embarrassment.

We adopt a lithium battery which supports the device to be used when plugged in, which is convenient for long-time continuous use. For those users whose urination is frequent, especially at night, we recommend that they use the device by plugging it in.

One-click button: to automatically achieve one-step empty of the full urine collection bucket. Just press the buttons respectively on the up and down of the handle simultaneously, the bottom mechanism opens automatically and urine can be discharged from the bottom, with no dirty hands, clean and hygienic.

ON/OFF button: to automatically clean the device accessories including all  inner spaces of urine cup, drainage tube and the urine collection bucket. When clean, press the button and pour clean water into the urine collection cup, water may flow from the cup through the drainage tube and end up into the bucket. One action is to clean three accessories, labor-free and worry-free.

P.S.  Hold the MUTE button to mutually switch the standard mode and the automatic mode. When you hear a ”beep”, the switch is successful.

Three working modes benefits the different need of one individual user and different users with different needs.

If the user belongs to sensitive skin, it is better to use the automatic mode, at this mode the device will automatically suction every 6 minutes even if there is no urine gathering in the urine collection cup. This mode is more friendly to the user’s skin because each suction the air circulation in the urine cup will be stronger. One point that needs to be paid attention is that the device needs to be used by plugged in because the lithium battery is unable to support frequent and long-time working.

If the user belongs to normal skin, it is enough to use the standard mode, at this mode the device will automatically suction only when the user urinates and the urine gathers in the urine cup. This mode is more energy-saving and reduces the wear and tear of the device. Additionally, the user may use the standard accompanied by the manual mode when he/she feels a little bit stuffy about the private area. Pressing the ON/OFF button may make the device automatically suction to activate the air circulation in the urine cup even when there is no urine in the urine collection cup.
