How does the Urine Collection Machine work
No force, No adhesive, Non-invasive

Our urination device could not be simpler to use or understand. As soon as urine is detected in the silicone collection cup, the machine responds within 0.5 seconds to pump it away into a collection bottle.

  1. The user urinates and it gathers in the urine collection cup.
  2. The metal sensor probe detects urine and triggers the suction pump within 0.5 seconds.
  3. The urine is sucked down the drainage tube and into the collection bottle. The device keeps pumping for six seconds to ensure nothing is left behindin the tube.

Intelligent Control Host

The urination device host is made up of three main parts:

  1. PCB control circuit board
  2. Micro vacuum pump
  3. Wires and cables

The circuit board is attached to a 188 LED segment display tube and two control buttons. We have designed everything to be so small that they can fit within the lid of the urine collection bottle, without compromising on quality of performance. That ensures everything runs smoothly and looks neat.

0.5s Instantly Respond to Urine 

When alkaline liquids like urine come into contact with the sensor probe, the vacuum pump is triggered within 0.5 seconds to suck the urine down the drainage tube and into the collection bottle. We opted to go with a 0.5-second reaction time to prevent the risk of leakage. We also added a feature that keeps the suction pump running for six seconds to ensure that every drop of urine is removed from the drainage tube. The drainage tube also includes insulated wire to connect the circuit board with the sensor. The wire is insulated with tape to prevent corrosion or electricity conduction from the urine. We also selected a strong and stretch-resistant wire to reduce the risk of breakages during movement.

We designed our collection bottle with ease and comfort in mind. The large 2000ml capacity ensures even the average 24-hour urine output of an adult can fit inside. This means you will only need to empty the bottle once per day. This also cuts down on the washing of any soiled underwear or bedding.

Medical-grade Materials that are Safe for Skin: The medical-grade silicone used to make our collection cup is a similar material to the one used in baby pacifier production. That is the commitment we have to skin-friendly materials. This ensures there will be no skin allergies or chemical odors, and the cup should be both safe and comfortable. Secure Buckles Used to Keep Everything in Place: Four buckles are used to securely fasten the collection cup to the cotton underwear. This prevents the risk of leaking, makes the cup more comfortable to wear, and keeps everything secure even when the user rolls over in the night.

2). 100% Cotton Fixed Pants

Material Designed to be Soft and Friendly: All our underwear is made from 100% cotton to ensure it remains comfortable, breathable, and friendly to the human skin. Cotton is also a great absorber to minimize any moisture residue. We even provide two extra pairs of underwear free of charge to ensure you always have a clean pair to wear.

Designed with Effective Use in Mind: Our cotton underwear is designed to be comfortable, but also efficient. Unlike some other brands, the underwear is created with incontinence in mind. For example, the gap at the back of the underwear is there for ease of access in case of any fecal incontinence.

One-size-fits-all Waistline Design: The waistline has a circumference of 140cm (55.12”) but comes with multiple buckle holes and two 40cm (15.75”) elastic leg straps to ensure a customizable fit that suits each individual user. There are also five buckles in the front of the underwear to allow the user to fix a belt if needed.

Urination Incontinence Device is intended for ages 18 or older who are experiencing urinary incontinence. It is appropriate for whom are bed bound, chair bound, or using a wheelchair. Urination Incontinence Device can also be used during rest times for users who are more mobile, such as for nighttime use only.

We recommend practicing the assembly and use of the device. After learning how to operate it, ensure the urine collection cup fits properly and adjust the waistband and leg straps to the right buckle holes (avoid over-tightening to prevent skin marks). It usually takes 1~2 days to get accustomed to the underwear. Once worn correctly, please avoid unnecessary pull to the underwear so as to prevent leaks.
