It is recommended to use a brush or toothbrush to wipe and clean the silicone urine container and urine sensor probe every day (with subtle movements and light intensity) to remove foreign matter on the surface.
Please use the matching special tools (stainless steel tweezers) to clean the foreign matter in the filter element position of the quick connector female head and the foreign matter in the filter device.
1. When cleaning, cover the main unit with a plastic bag to prevent water from seeping into the main unit
2. Do not add chemical cleaning agents, just use tap water to clean directly. If the tap water does not automatically sense, you can add a little edible salt
3. Patients with high blood sugar are recommended to use warm water of about 40 degrees for circulation cleaning
4. Clean in the morning at night and in the evening during the day. Try to avoid urine staying in the catheter for too long to prevent urine scale
5. Spray alcohol on the urine collection container that comes into contact with the skin to disinfect and prevent bacterial infection

As long as the urine collection cup are securely attached to the skin, users can change positions without worrying about urine leakage, including lying on the side or being in a prone position (not suitable for individuals allergic to silicone).
Can it run continuously for 24 hours?
Yes, it can. At the tip of the blue urine drainage tube there is a metal sensing probe that automatically starts working when it detects liquid and stops after the liquid is discharged, then resumes in a cycle. Just ensure that the urination tube isn’t bent or compressed to maintain the device’s proper operation. Also, regular cleaning of the urine collection cup is essential to prevent urine overflow.
How long can it operate on a full charge? How do you charge it?
The battery has a capacity of 4800mAh and has been tested to provide a standby time of over 15 days (actual standby time may vary due to factors like urination frequency, urine volume, and temperature; please refer to the actual product). Charging is done via a Type-C interface, and a charging cable is included. You will need to provide your own charging adapter, power bank, or other 5V USB charger. Please note not to charge continuously for more than 8 hours.
Where should the main unit be placed for optimal performance?
The main unit should be positioned as low as possible, below the wearing urine collection cup, to enable the device to utilize the height difference for liquid to enter the sensing probe and start automatically. Placing the urination pump and urine collection cup at the same horizontal level or higher than the urine collection cup can prevent the main unit from functioning properly and may result in urine overflow.
