The 32-bit high-speed data processing chip is like the brain of the instrument, processing massive data in real time at an amazing computing speed and converting complex signals into intuitive RLU (relative light unit) values. This powerful processing capability not only greatly shortens the detection time, but also significantly improves the accuracy and repeatability of the results.

Highly Sensitive Imported Photoelectric Sensor

Using the world’s leading photoelectric conversion technology, the sensor can capture the weak fluorescent signal released after the reaction of ATP and reagents in a very short time. Its sensitivity reaches the top level in the industry and can even detect extremely low concentrations of ATP molecules. The sensor surface has been specially treated to effectively reduce ambient light interference and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.

Upgrade Swab Accurate Detection

The device features fast detection, easy operation, and reproducible results, along with a reliable and environmentally friendly design. The swab kit primarily consists of a sealing cap, a sealed tube, and a sampling tip. Two types of swabs are available: solid surface swabs (for surfaces) and water quality swabs (for liquid samples), which can be purchased separately based on specific needs.

Specific steps for saving data:
1.Connect the tester to the computer using the provided data cable, and connect the USB drive to the computer.

2.Open the USB drive, locate the file “CH341SER”, and double-click to install the driver.

3.After successful installation, return to the computer desktop, right-click on “This PC” (or “My Computer”), select “Manage”, open “Device Manager”, and note the corresponding port name.

4.Launch the ATP-PC software from the USB drive.

5.In the communication window, select the corresponding port name, click “Inquire”, and once the data appears, click “Export to Excel” to save the data.

Swab Refrigerator Box

The box is designed to store and transport ATP test swabs. It features built-in ice packs to maintain an internal temperature of 2–8°C, ensuring the swabs remain within the required refrigeration range. This prevents the inactivation of biological enzymes in the swabs, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy and stability of ATP testing.

30-second Automatic Calibration

The ATP fluorescence detector starts a strict and efficient 30-second automatic calibration procedure immediately after startup. The instrument has a built-in calibration light source that simulates a fixed-intensity fluorescence signal and regularly checks the sensitivity and accuracy of the photoelectric sensor. No additional manual calibration is required. Ensure that each test has the highest accuracy and reliability. The fast and comprehensive automatic calibration function not only improves the user experience, but also lays a solid foundation for subsequent accurate detection.

Detection Button

Insert the swab into the swab sleeve and click the “Test” button to initiate the test. If testing is not required, simply click “Return” to go back to the home page.

History Button

Click the “History” button to view historical data, and use the “Previous” and “Next” keys to scroll through the records. To return to the home page, press the “Back” key. Additionally, historical data can be exported to a computer using the provided data cable.

Freely Set Upper and Lower Limit Values

The instrument’s default upper limit is 999, and the default lower limit is 99. For non-medical institutions such as supermarkets and restaurants, the limits can be adjusted to an upper limit of 200 and a lower limit of 100. In professional medical environments with stricter requirements, the limits can be set to an upper limit of 30 and a lower limit of 10. Customers can customize these settings based on their specific needs.

15-Second Rapid Detection

The ATP fluorescence detector has become a star product in health monitoring and microbial detection due to its exceptional rapid detection capabilities. With just a single touch, the ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in the sample reacts with the reagent, releasing weak bioluminescence. The entire process takes only 15 seconds, requiring no complex operations, and delivers instant results, enabling easy on-site decision-making.

User Guidance

Procedure

• Press the button on the left side of the instrument. After 30 seconds of power-on calibration, the home screen will appear.
• Turn on the device and click “Test”. The instrument will prompt you to “Insert Swab” to enter the testing interface.
• Remove the swab from the refrigerator and let it sit for 10–15 minutes until it reaches room temperature before use.
• Remove the swab from its casing. Hold the connector with one hand and wipe the surface of the object at a 45° angle, covering an area of 10 cm × 10 cm.
• Insert the collector back into the sleeve.
• Hold the connector with one hand and the upper part of the capsule with the other hand. Bend the capsule back and forth until the valve breaks.
• Squeeze the swab head three times to ensure all the liquid is released.
• Squeeze the swab head and flick it downward five times, then immediately insert the swab into the instrument for testing.
• Click Test , and the test result will be available after 15s. (Save the result manually)

Test Results

The test results are divided into three categories

• Test data ≤ lower limit value, the result will display “ok”
• Test data > lower limit value ≤ upper limit value, the result will display “!”
• Test data > upper limit value, the result will display “—”

Caveat

• After removing the swabs from the freezer, leave them at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
• After sampling, the swab test tube can be left in a dark place for about 4 hours.
• Do not touch the swab or swab stick with your hands.
• After the reaction of the cartridge solution in the swab test tube, it should be placed in the fluorometer and read within 15 seconds.
• The swab solution has been diluted and is safe to use on food surfaces.
• The swab can be stored frozen for 5 years and refrigerated at 0 to -4 degrees Celsius for 10 months
