Product Principle

Our Digital Paper Counting Machine is a paper counter that counts paper through mechanical. It is an automated device used to improve production efficiency in printing and office environments.

The automatic paper counting machine mainly consists of a vacuum air source system and a paper counting head. Through the mechanical transmission of the paddle on the paper counting head, the paper lever (on the paper counting head) separates the paper at the corner of the paper pile every time it rotates. At this time, there is a small air source hole on the suction blade on the paper counting head(adjustable speed rotation of 0-2200 rpm), which can instantly suck the paper corner. At the same time, the electronic device sends a paper counting signal, and the counting is successful. The paper counting is achieved through the combined action of the paddle on the paper counting head and the suction blade.

Programming Patterns

This mode is an unequal splitting function, that is, the number of papers in each booklet is not equal. After setting a group (each group can be set to have 500 different papers), you can set the cycle (2~9) times

Singular Paper Mode

This mode is a simple counting function. If this mode is selected, the machine will not insert paper tape.

Equivalent Mode

The number of each volume is the same, and this machine also has set paper tape, automatic operation mode, and data saving (as shown in the figure).
