Working Principle
Using SUS304 conduction material and automatic urine detection, only 0.5s the host responses instantaneously and automatically pumps. The urine cup working with 4-level waterproof material, is not easy to leak, matching built-in deodorization filter, odor does not leak at all and no need to worry about urination.

Will it leak urine? Can it be used while lying on the side or face down?
As long as the pants and urine cup are rightly attached to the skin, users can change positions without worrying about urine leakage, including lying on the side or other supine positions except for face down.
It is easy to be cleaned? How often it should be clean?
Yes, it’s easy to be cleaned. Usually, we suggest that users may rinse the urine cup with water and disinfect it once a day. And deeply rinsing and disinfecting the urine collection bucket and urine cup once or twice a week.
Where should the main unit be placed for optimal performance?
The main unit should be positioned as low as possible, below the wearing urine cup, to enable the device to utilize the height difference for liquid to enter the sensing probe and start automatically. Placing the urination pump and urine cup at the same horizontal level or higher than the urine cup can prevent the main unit from functioning properly and may result in urine overflow.

Cleaning Guide
Daily cleaning & Disinfecting
Remove the baffle plate and urine cup from the fixed pants and rinse them with flow clean water.
Spray alcohol evenly on the baffle plate and urine cup and place them in a ventilated place to dry for later use.
Deep cleaning & disinfecting (once or twice a week)
Open the ear clips on both sides and use a cup brush to clean the inner wall of the urine collection bucket. (Note: The host cannot be directly rinsed with water)
Put the host vertically into the bucket, clamp the ear clips on both sides, observe the drainage port at the bottom of the urine collection bucket, and ensure that the pull rod seal is completely in line with the drainage port.
Take the liner out of the urine collection cup, rinse it with clean water, dry it and put it back into the urine collection cup.
Spray alcohol evenly on the liner, place it in a ventilated place to dry it for use.
Wash the fixed pants and dry them for use.
(Note: The fixed pants need to be hand washed, the maximum washing temperature is 40 degrees; do not bleach, do not dry clean, hang to dry)
